1. Product Overview
The belt bucket elevator is a commonly used vertical conveying device in mechanized casting workshops. The traction component uses a flat conveyor belt, which can lift powdery, granular, and blocky materials, as well as materials with high abrasiveness. It can be combined with other equipment like belt conveyors to form various types of conveying systems.
2. Components
The equipment mainly consists of the head, tail, middle sections, belt, and buckets. The head is equipped with a motor and reducer to provide power for the entire system. The equipment is composed of several sections connected by bolts, and the connections are sealed with asbestos rope. The tail of the equipment uses springs to provide tension and cushioning, ensuring the smooth operation of the conveyor belt.
